Beautiful stay!
This hotel was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our entire trip to Colombia! We loved the design and decor of the hotel as it highlighted city meets nature perfectly. Our room was very comfortable and high tech. We also really enjoyed the views from the rooftop as well as the pool.
The only thing that I wasn't much of a fan of was that there were tiny ants on the floor. There weren't a lot but they were very small and crawling around. It was probably from the plants on the balcony.

So lovely but so much to learn!
The room is lovely, great bathroom, the food on the room (Restaurants always closed), roof top bar,
Roof top bar: open but no staff, after 20 min we calling the reception and come somebody. He said no sorry, just smiling and at least he did not know well to make a basic cocktail. ? Room has many difficulties with the movil to manage the facilities. Several calls (Private movil) to the reception but the reaction was a little bit arrogant. I had to prove that's not working. Incredible. All days some activities in the restaurant closed for "normal" clients. Not nice in a expensive hotel. No Restaurant should not happen in a 5*. We paid the full amount of the room and then we missing the basic services (at least one Restaurant fe) The biggest problem is the attitude. The whole management and staff think it is so innovative and modern and unfortunately they forget the basics! And without basics, no innovation will help. Learn the basics! Remember you a expensive 5* hotel!!

What was the highlight of 23 Hotel Medellin
An amazing building but our bedroom was extremely small
The building was amazing, with vertical garden. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. The location a bit away from Lleras park is perfect since you can enjoy the quietness.
The room #702 was extremely small. You cannot go around the bed; the right side of the bed was directly against the wall. There was not enough space for clothes. Overall, quite expensive for the value.
